// ergo-veil — rotating magnetic black hole · field view (rs = 1)

Kerr black hole threaded by a magnetic field, dragged around by the spin. Field lines leave the surface tangentially and trail into spiral tails; a travelling wave rides along them. Hue is depth (blue away, red toward you), and lines passing in front of a hole fade so the hole stays readable. Drag to orbit, scroll or pinch to zoom.

// interior — event horizon to the singularity

Meridian slice in Kerr oblate coordinates. Violet: ergosphere. Amber band: between outer and inner horizon. Pink inside: beyond the inner horizon. The r = 0 disc is bounded by the ring singularity (a point when spin is zero). Infall is a Schwarzschild radial plunge from rest, mapped onto these coordinates, so treat it as schematic.

// gravitational field — selected hole

Units: G = c = 1 and r_s = 2GM/c² = mass slider (1 by default). Field lines are a stylised model (dipole loops, paraboloidal polar lines, frame-drag twist), not a GRMHD solution. With several holes the fields are superposed visually, not solved as an N-body spacetime. The Kerr inner horizon is classically unstable, so the deepest region is idealised.
